About us TNC - Telecommunication Network Consulting is a young company working at the frontiers of modern analytical methods for solving design and optimization problems in telecommunications. The spectrum of our services ranges from general consulting tasks to the development of special purpose software and installation support. TNC is an offspring of Aachen University of Technology, founded by Professor Dr Rudolf Mathar and Dr Martin Hellebrandt in October 1998. By keeping ongoing contact to Aachen University of Technology and academic research we are able to stay at the leading edges of current scientific developments in the above areas. On the other hand, by our experience in numerous industrial projects we are in position to directly apply scientific knowledge to practical problems.
